1 pc. Beef bulalo, cut into serving portions
15 gms. Onion, sliced
5 gms. Whole peppercorn, crushed coarsely
1/4 tsp. Salt


Put bulalo pieces in a pan of water. Cover and let boil slowly until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients, adjust seasoning to desired taste. To serve: top with spring onion.
