Ingredients:

2 tbsps. cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, minced
1/4 k shrimps, shelled & deveined
2 . MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cube
1 thumbsize ginger, sliced thinly
6 cups squash, sliced
2 cups coconut milk
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat oil and saute garlic, onions and shrimps.
2. Add MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cubes, ginger and squash.
3. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until squash is fork-tender. Season to taste.
