2 tbsps. cooking oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, minced 1/4 k shrimps, shelled & deveined 2 . MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cube 1 thumbsize ginger, sliced thinly 6 cups squash, sliced 2 cups coconut milk salt and pepper, to taste
1. Heat oil and saute garlic, onions and shrimps. 2. Add MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cubes, ginger and squash. 3. Pour in coconut milk and simmer until squash is fork-tender. Season to taste.
To crack coconuts, pierce one or two of the eyes and drain the milk.
Place in the freezer for an hour, or in a 350°F. oven for 20-30 minutes. (...)
