Selection Information
Usage: Eat raw, cook, stir-fry.
Selection: Good-quality Sugar Snap Peas will have plump pods with firm, smooth and crisp skin. The coloring will be an even medium to dark-green. Sugar Snap peas should be 2 1/2 to 3 inches long.
Avoid: Avoid product with soft, limp pods or blemishes. Also avoid snap peas that are so big, they almost burst from the pod.
