Usage: Generally dead green on the outside, Keitt mangoes are easily one of the most fiber-less, juicy, thin-seeded, and largest mangoes available.
Great as a center piece when the halves are cut in a criss-cross pattern and inverted.
Selection & Storage: Close your eyes and choose Mangoes by their give to gentle pressure not their color.Look for them to be of large size say 4 - 8 counts for Keitt's or 7-10 counts for Kent's.
Avoid: Avoid Keitt Mangoes that over soft or have bruising.

The best Kent's around July and the best Keitt Mangoes in late August - September.
